At Studio Eskel, we take pride in bringing authentic Korean fashion directly from Dongdaemun to your doorstep in the UK. Please review our shipping information below:


UK Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2-4 working days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Delivery:  £3.60

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over £60

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships
You can also track your order by logging into your Studio Eskel account
If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of order confirmation, please contact us

Important Notes

  • Current Shipping Area: We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping options will be available in the future.

  • Delivery Delays: During peak seasons or promotional periods, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

  • Special Circumstances: All items are sourced directly from Korea with standard manufacturer shipping time of 10-21 working days (excluding Saturdays when Dongdaemun is closed, Lunar New Year holidays, and Chuseok holidays).

  • Custom Production: Items requiring custom production will need additional waiting time.

  • If ordered items have not arrived in the UK after 30 working days,  you may choose a refund,

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at  studioeskel@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Studio Eskel Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of our Korean-sourced fashion items, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order:

Your Legal Rights In accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to return any item purchased online within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, or color not as expected. You do not need to provide a reason for your return.

Return Eligibility

  • Quality Issues: Manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, or significant damage

  • Change of Mind: Any reason within 14 days of delivery (as per UK distance selling regulations)

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging
     

Return Process

  1. Notification: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at studioeskel@gmail.com

  2. Approval: Wait for our return authorization and UK return address

  3. Return Shipping: You have 14 days from notification to send items back to our London address

  4. Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving returned items

  • Return shipping costs within the UK are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error)

  • We recommend checking our detailed size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing

  • Due to our sourcing model, restocking may take time for popular items
     

Exchange Policy Due to our unique business model of sourcing directly from Korean markets, we cannot offer exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order if needed.

Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
